A very big strip of land running along Elsternwick canal and neighbouring the New Street public housing flats opposite Elsternwick Park. Also very close to Elsternwick primary school. Flat dwellers and students might like to be involved. Don’t know who owns the land. It looks good for fruit tree planting.
